Amazing Veterinary Clinic and Hospital Service! Thank you for helping our dog “NaNa” with her urgent health needs, she has many issues and we are very relieved to have this great support, especially under such circumstances. Prices were very decent and staff members were so very kind and caring. Thank you tech Charlotte and Dr .McDonald and front desk members for helping us when we needed it the most!! We are so blessed to have you! We also had a very needed follow up with top-notch Dr.Samland and it was very nice! Hotspots healed, infection free, vaccines done- and staff was very caring and supportive throughout the entire process! Finally my dogs and I can sleep soundly at night!
Really the friendliest folks - from the front desk to the techs to the vets. They truly listen without judgment, are extremely patient, thorough with examinations, and extremely considerate when determining and diagnosing an issue. They’re sincere and kind in helping with things like cost, provide quick approvals from outside pharmacies, and I never feel rushed or that I’m being annoying when I ask questions. I’m not going anywhere else. They’re stuck with us 🤗
P.S. My only complaint is I wish they took human patients 🤣🤣 I wish my own doc was as awesome!
We arrived early, but we were seated in a waiting room for a short amount of time. We were expecting to sit in the waiting room until our appointment time. Employees working at the desk were very accommodating. Medical staff were very knowledgeable, and kind. MD presented plan of care that would benefit our senior cat in the best way. Very positive experience. First time at 30th Street; we had frequented East Side multiple times and we were always very satisfied with the excellent 👍 care given to our pets. We can already tell that 30th Street is an extension of that same mission.
The staff is amazing!! I have taken 3 of my babies there and the staff were great! I have. Been to other places because they were cheaper but always have went back to 30th street!! They really seem to care! We needed help getting our senior German shepherd that had tore his ACL and could barely walk and definitely couldn't jump into our truck so 2 staff members came to our house and helped us get him into our truck. Then met us at the clinic and helped get him out of truck and inside! I trust them with any babies Ive had, have, and will have!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
I am very impressed with this facility!. This was our first visit with our Rottweiler puppy. Michael checked us in and got us right back into an exam room. Vet tech Sarah came in and did her assessment and was so sweet with our girl. Dr. Samson came in and checked her out and her and Sarah answered all of our questions. I loved that they took her in the back and gave her the vaccines she needed and played with her for a while as we were checking out. Candace was very personable as well when she checked us out. I highly recommend 30th Street to anyone who wants personalized treatment for your fur babies!
